As per the new regulations of Kerala Sales Tax Dept. You are now advised to generate a TRANSACTION ID. From you KVAT login prior booking each and every consignment which is supposed to enter the state of Kerala. You are requested to produce the TRANSACTION ID at the time of dropping the consignment at our booking offices. For further details please contact Kerala Sales Tax Dept. or our delivery office at your destination. Kindly co-operate to ensure smooth transaction. This is to inform you that the new setup for the e-consignment declaration for Kerala will be effective from 16-09-2014 as per message from the official website of Kerala Commercial Tax.
